General Information

Date: Friday, October 2nd (starts at 7:30 pm) through Sunday, October 4th (ends at 12:00 pm)
Location: Sandy Cove Retreat Center ~ 60 Sandy Cove Rd, North East, MD 21901 (usually takes 90–120 minutes from church… it will take longer during Friday evening traffic)
Check-In: From 5:00–7:00 pm on Friday in the Chesapeake Lodge Lobby (follow GBC signs to Chesapeake Lodge). If you arrive after 7:00 pm on Friday night, you can check in at the Chesapeake Auditorium. For those arriving on Saturday, please find a Registration Team member before the morning session.
Accommodations: Hotel-style rooms (linens and towels are provided)

Dinner is available on Friday night at an additional cost. It is $12 for adults, $6 for ages 4–11, and free for ages 0–3. If you would like to add Friday dinner you can do so when you sign up.

Activities:

Sandy Cove provides many fun activities for everyone to enjoy. These activities are entirely optional and may incur additional costs. Specific age limitations may apply for each activity. Below are just some of the activities you can look forward to.

If you’re interested in any of these optional activities, make sure to sign up during registration.

There are also many free activities available which require no sign-ups such as volleyball, mini-golf, basketball, and bingo!

Important Instructions for Families:

When registering as a family, please make sure to add every member of your household who will be attending. (i.e.. Husband, Wife, Children) You will be given the option to do this on the very first step of the registration form.

PLEASE note that FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE is available. If you would like to attend the retreat, but the cost is prohibitive, scholarships are available. Please contact Pastor Matt (matt@gracelifebible.net) Please don't allow the finances to keep you from attending our Family Retreat!
